Effective and sufficient lubrication and effective sealing of the bearing are necessary measures to ensure the safe operation of the bearing and avoid early abnormal damage.
Most slewing bearings work under heavy load and low speed conditions. Under normal circumstances, the lubrication type filled with grease can be used to lubricate the bearing to achieve extremely satisfactory results. Commonly used greases include calcium-based grease, lithium-based grease, and aluminum-based Users of grease and high temperature grease can choose the most suitable grease according to the specific situation.
According to different structural characteristics, slewing bearings can meet the needs of working hosts under different load conditions. Four-point contact ball slewing bearings have high dynamic load capacity. Crossed cylindrical roller slewing bearings have high static load capacity. Crossed tapered rollers The pre-interference energy of the sub-slewing bearing enables the bearing to have greater support rigidity and higher rotation accuracy. The three-row cylindrical roller combined slewing bearing leads to the improvement of the bearing capacity in the height direction of the bearing. The track and roller set bear, so under the same stress conditions, the diameter of the bearing can be greatly reduced, so it has the characteristics of making the host more compact. It is a high-loading capacity slewing bearing.
After the Fenghe slewing bearing is installed and put into operation, after 100 hours of continuous operation, it should be fully checked whether the pre-tightening torque of the mounting bolt meets the requirements. Repeat the above inspection every 500 hours of continuous operation thereafter.
After the slewing bearing is installed, the appropriate amount of grease should be filled and the slewing bearing should be filled to make the grease evenly distributed. The slewing bearing will inevitably lose part of the grease after working for a period of time. -Lubrication should be added once after 100 hours. For slewing bearings that work in high-temperature environments or dusty conditions, the cycle should be appropriately short. When the machine is shut down for a long time, it must be filled with sufficient grease.
